Shipping & ReturnsOnline Return Policy
We want you to LOVE your purchase! Should you need to return or exchange, please put your item(s) back in the mail, and be sure they are postmarked by the 10th day after purchase. Tags must be attached and the item unworn to receive any credit. All jewelry, handbags, sunglasses, wallets, swimwear, hats, giftables, lingerie, and sale items are FINAL SALE. Any items purchased with a discount code, excluding the welcome code, are FINAL SALE. Monkee’s of Williamsburg reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange based on the condition of the item being returned.
As a small business, we can not accommodate every return but we will be reasonable. Please contact us directly with any questions or concerns.
Return Timeframe
Full Refund: Returns must be initiated and postmarked within 10 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
Store Credit: Returns requested within 20 days of receipt will be eligible for store credit.
Return Conditions: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and have all tags attached. Handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, accessories, special orders, trunk show items, vintage and sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned for a store credit. No exceptions.
Return Process: If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. If you checked out as a guest, repackage your item with the invoice sheet and send it back to our store address. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns. Monkee’s of Williamsburg is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.

Return Postage: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Carriers: We will ship your order via USPS or UPS.
Shipping Timeframes: Orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days from the date of shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing your order.
Shipping Costs:
Free Shipping: On orders over $100.
Flat Rate Shipping: $7 for orders under $100.
Tracking Information: A tracking number will be included in your email receipt for your convenience.
International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping.
